Heartland Steel is a structural steel fabricator in Woodway, Texas, near Waco. We build steel packages, miscellaneous metals and custom stairs and railings for general contractors and businesses across Texas and nationwide.
Heartland Steel opened its shop in Woodway, Texas in 2026, but the experience behind it runs much deeper. The company was founded on more than 20 years of hands on work in metals, welding and machining.
That experience shaped a simple goal: give general contractors a steel partner that picks up the phone, builds to the drawings and stands behind the work. Our team of AWS certified welders fabricates in a 125 by 75 foot shop with a saw line and a CNC plasma table, and the shop is run to meet AISC standards.
The tagline on our logo says it best: quality craftsmanship and lasting solutions. That is how we run the shop, and we would rather earn the next job than win this one with a promise we cannot keep.
